More about ElevenLabs Eleven v3
ElevenLabs Eleven v3 Online — Emotional AI Voice
ElevenLabs Eleven v3 is an ElevenLabs text-to-speech model with a rich emotional range. The voice does not just read, it lives the text: audio tags inline control laughter, whispers, sighs, and excitement. 70+ languages and 21 ready voices, all in the browser on NetRoom.
Emotion set by tags
A cue in square brackets before a line — [laughs], [whispers], [sighs], [excited] — changes the voice's manner for that stretch. You can switch mood mid-line or build a scene out of several emotional turns. The tags themselves are never spoken.
70+ languages
The model speaks more than 70 languages. The language is chosen from a list of 18 options — Russian, English, Ukrainian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and more — or detected automatically.
Voices and settings
The library has 21 ready voices: George, Sarah, Adam, Alice, Daniel, Lily and others. Each generation can be tuned with stability, similarity to the voice, style exaggeration, speaker boost, and text normalization (auto, on, off). There is no speed control.
Length and formats
One request voices up to 5,000 characters, and the file downloads as MP3 or WAV. For longer scripts such as book chapters, split the text into parts or use Eleven v4, which has a higher limit.
Who it is for
Screenwriters and audio-drama authors get emotional character lines. Game creators get character voices. Bloggers and podcasters get lifelike narration. Marketers get spots where intonation matters.
